Is it legal to buy 1 game cd for 2 home computers?

Hi, is it legal to buy 1 game cd for me and my brother home lan computers ( 2 computers at home ) or do i have to buy 2 cds ?

I doubt that it will work with newer lan games, dont hurt to try altho most lan games require the disk be in the drive.

no, it is for your personal use, u can use it on as many computers as u want.
well its Legal :D so dont stress Burning a cd is not so if ur like obiding to the law just dont burn it :D
Yes there's no problem with that.



The only issue is if the game requires the CD to run. Only one of you can play.



You can however use Virtual CD to overcome this problem.
Read the EULA (End User License Agreement) that you agreed to when installing the game. Some games allow you to install it on multiple machines, but most say you're allowed to install on just one.
